About MCPP
The Mid-Career Pathways Programme is a full-time attachment programme for mature mid-career individuals aged 40 and above to widen their professional networks and gain meaningful industry-relevant skills and experience, by being attached to a host organisation and undergoing the development plans put in place for them.
Who Are Eligible?
You are eligible if at least one condition is met.
✓ Long-term unemployed
✓ Mature jobseekers aged 40 and above
Details of MCPP
Participants are supported by an allowance with strong government backing to facilitate skills upgrading and career transition.
Attachment Allowance
$1,800 to $3,800
Government Funding
70% of the attachment allowance
The attachments will last between four to six months
